The first pics of Mariah Carey after she gave birth to twins Moroccan & Monroe a couple of weeks ago have surfaced. MiMi was spotted leaving UCLA Medical Center in Santa Monica with hubby Nick and the twins.

She's glowing! Nick and Mariah were spotted sneaking out the back entrance of the hospital last night with the twins in tow. Despite all the child protective services drama, the couple looks to be in good spirits and uber excited to get "dem babies" home.
Moroccan and Monroe were covered in blue and pink blankets in the back of their Rolls Royce Phantom. Now THAT'S how you have your first ride.
News also came out today that Mariah worked on not only preparing the home during her pregnancy, but also prepared a new album during those long 9 months. Nick commented today:
“She’s planning on having a record out this year. She’s been working away, and we have a studio in the crib, and the pregnancy has totally inspired her on so many different levels. You’re definitely gonna see some new phenomenal music from Mariah.”
We can reportedly expect to hear her 14th studio album soon.
