Allowing for things to be a little more public than his former employer prefers, the arbitrator overseeing the case between Charlie Sheen, Warner Bros. and "Two and a Half Men" co-creator Chuck Lorre has denied the studio's request for a gag order surrounding the proceedings.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, all parties are now allowed to speak freely to the press regarding any such issues regarding the case.
Despite the decision, the media is still banned from the arbitration itself, as well as all “sensitive and proprietary” details during the hearings.
Back in June, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge ruled that the case, which stems from Sheen's firing from the number one sitcom, would be deliberated privately and would not be heading to a public trial.
