Christina Milian took her baby girl Violet out for a stroll in L.A. Cute pics of the twosome stolling around, plus deets on Christina's new job, inside...
The now officially divorced Ms. Milian is taking all her time possible now and spending it with 1-year-old Violet. She ran some errands in L.A. this week while strolling V around. Chris just nabbed a job as the brand new Social Media Correspondent for NBC's hit competition show "The Voice." She's replacing Alison Haislip.
“Christina’s extensive musical background and widespread recognition make her the perfect choice for the role of Social Media Correspondent on The Voice,” said NBC’s president of alternative programming Paul Telegdy. “Her experience as a singer will provide a comfort level to our artists when they speak to her about the ins and outs of the competition.”
That Violet is just too precious!
The Randomness:

'I believe she had a number of commitments and had not anticipated her special arrival,' director Adria Petty tells MTV News.
By Jocelyn Vena
In case you didn't notice, Beyoncé's rocking one major baby bump in her "Countdown" video.
The clip, co-directed by Adria Petty, features not only several references to the '60s but also a smiling Beyoncé showing off her pregnancy.
Find out what else the director had to say about the video shoot!
"When you work with Beyoncé, you are not only working with an intelligent and strongly collaborative individual but you are also usually battling with time and the given circumstances in her work life at that moment and, in this case, her personal life," Petty told MTV News last Friday. "So it's an evolving process that remains flexible," she explained. "The target we are always trying to hit is something that feels good and genuine for her."
When it came to B's look, Petty said the baby bump was pretty much inescapable. "When we first started shooting, she had not made that announcement and I do not believe that was the goal. But as the process evolved, I believe she wanted that to be celebrated in the video," she said.
The director added, "It was shot per Beyoncé's availability over a couple of months. She did her Roseland shows and the MTV Awards in the interim. I believe she had a number of commitments and had not anticipated her special arrival."
Despite having a baby onboard, Beyoncé bounces around in the "Countdown video — a lot. And it's that joie de vivre that's captured in the candy-coated clip. "I believe the video speaks for itself. But it is mostly just fun, flirty stuff that feels good for B," Petty said. "I think it is iconic, playful and romantic like the song itself."
Of the many set-ups in the video, Petty shared her favorite with us. "My favorite scenes are the 'me and my boo' scenes, the hipster dance and the sort of avant-garde, 'Flashdance' stuff. The amazing, cool cat choreographer Frank Gatson Jr. and I worked hard in rehearsals to get those grooves going," she said. "And they make me super happy and were really fun to shoot."
While fans buzz about "Countdown," the busy mom-to-be is already preparing to drop her next video, for "Love on Top."

Rashida Jones experienced many perks growing up the daughter of powerful music producer Quincy Jones -- and chief among them was getting to know talented superstars like Michael Jackson.
The Parks and Recreation actress, 35, tells Playboy magazine that she was raised around the King of Pop, because her father produced three of his legendary albums: Off The Wall, Thriller and Bad. Because of that familiarity, she feels qualified to admit that the late sensation's eccentric behavior and gentle personality made him seem much younger than his age.
"Michael basically grew up with us, so I have a million memories of him. We were at each other's house all the time. He was definitely a little bit of an alien, for sure, and when I was young, it felt as if he was my age, not 18 years older, but with just a little bit more pep."
As she got older, Jackson continued to be a close friend of the family, and Jones was able to see the prankster inside the global phenomenon.
"Later in my life, we'd go out on the town together. He always wore those surgical masks," she recalls. "Once, my sister, Michael, Emmanuel Lewis and I got in a car with Super Soakers and went by a movie theatre and supersoaked the hell out of people waiting in line. They had no idea they'd just been supersoaked by the King of Pop."

Glitter-heavy pop star tells MTV News she's going for 'balls-out, irreverent rock and roll.'
By James Montgomery, with reporting by Matt Elias
Ke$ha's already got the face paint down pat, and, during recent live sets, she's even taken to guzzling blood out of a human heart, so it should come as no surprise that, on her upcoming album, the pop star is taking things back to the most theatrical era of rock: the prop-heavy, arena-spanning heyday of the 1970s.
Ke$h revealed her plans over the weekend in Los Angeles, on the red carpet of KIIS FM's annual Wango Tango concert, where she told MTV News that the follow-up to her breakout Animal album (and, we suppose, Cannibal too) would be heavy on hard riffs and light on pretty much everything else.
"The next album ... I've been working on writing on the road, but as far as a sound, I just know it's gonna be balls-out, irreverent rock and roll," she said. "I've been pretty much in this '70s rock and roll kick and I just want to capture some of the true essence of what rock and roll is, and that's just irreverence and sexiness and fun and not giving a f---, so we'll definitely put a bit of rock and roll in it."
So, does that mean that fans can expect the likes of Alice Cooper or Peter Frampton to show up on her new album? Perhaps. Because while Ke$ha's new album is still a ways off, she's already begun calling in favors, hoping to line up a killer collabo for the new disc.
"I'm trying, trust me," she laughed. "I really would love to connect with one of my idols, I mean, that's my dream. I'm working on it."
What do you think of Ke$ha going rock for her next album? Tell us in the comments!
